The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and had everything needed for comfortable living and cooking. Advantage was the dedicated parking space, fast and reliable internet, and the constant support and recommendations from the hosts. We felt very comfortable, just like at home. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb (huge selection of food) and the kids club staff, Karla and Martina, were amazing with our child. He had the best time there. Stunning views from our room as well, and also from other parts of the hotel. Will definitely be coming back here - favourite hotel so far on our trip.

Navis is a boutique hotel with only 44-rooms. We stayed in a 1-bed suite on the 4th floor which is the top floor. The room is spacious, has a king-size bed, industrial modern style furnishings and an outstanding view of the sea. We had a bottle of Prosecco, water and a lovely bowl of assorted fruit awaiting for us in the room. I chose to include breakfast with our stay and it was incredible. In addition to the breakfast buffet options like bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, assorted juices, coffee/cappuccino fruit cups, prosecco, etc. Navis offers a separate menu with prepared to order options like omelettes, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, sausage, etc. also included. See menu photos I included in my review. Breakfast is incredible and the chef/kitchen is very accommodating in creating options for dietary restricted guests. We had two vegans out of five people in our group and both were happy with the dinner meals that were prepared for them and the food available for them at breakfast. Lastly, which was pretty cool, our family in Croatia was able to pick us up in their boat from the Navis dock. What was truly impressive is a Navis staff person came down from the hotel to assist with guiding the boat to the dock and lend a hand getting us into the boat safely.

Room 309 was excellent, balcony size and views was fantastic. The location was great close to everthing, restaurants, bars cafe's , coastal walks. Breakfast was great, all staff were fantastic.

A Hidden Gem Brought to Life by Professional Management I recently stayed at the Keight Hilton in Opatija and was pleasantly surprised—truly a big, big surprise. Croatia has immense potential, but what it often lacks is consistent, professional hospitality management. This stay confirmed my belief: Croatia needs more facilities managed by international hotel groups. The difference in service quality, attention to detail, and overall experience is striking. With more properties operated at this level, Croatia could genuinely become a pearl of the Mediterranean, not just in beauty but also in service excellence. I liked the place. I liked how it ran.
