Personnel are very professional and welcoming, helpful and flexible. It has 2 aircons, so was pleasant weather inside during very hot days. Both beaches of Balatonföldvar are 10 min walk, but Balaton and possibility to come to water is just 3 minutes walk from there. The most wonderful thing is that he bought milk and cacao for us specially, since we always drink coffee with milk in the morning. He got up and went to the shop before the hotel opened.
