Absolute perfect hotel after a very long journey to Bali, the hotel is located 5 min from the airport and offers all the amenities you would need (24h reception, comfortable bed, good shower, restaurant and spa on site, room service, taxi service, luggage service, fast WiFi). I was lucky to get a room overlooking the pool and forest so it was very quiet despite being situated near the busy airport. Slept like a dream. Thank you to the kind staff at Grandmas.

I had stayed for 6 nights, I love the location of the Hotel it’s in center and convenient when we got out of the hotel we can find a lot of souvenirs shop supermarkets, restaurants and spas, Kuta beach it just 5-7 mnts by walk. the staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful they helped us with all of our requests. I love the room they have nice garden view with balcony all the rooms Are facing with garden in the middle with touch of Balinese structure.

Very very polite and helpful staff. We ask for late check out and there was no problem(of course we paid for it) and we also were allowed to check in 90 Min before the time. The price of the room is what you get,it was comfortable and the bed was very good. The staff even arrange a taxi to the airport for us free of charge. If you want a "cheap" place near Kuta this is the right hotel. Actually satisfied.

Small friendly hotel. Comfortable bed clean. Bathrooms are Bali standard. Lovely restaurant and great location. It's down a back street which was once the centre of kuta. Best Bali restaurant 2 minute walk poppies amazing. 3 minute walk to beach back lane entrance a little of putting but this is normal for kuta unless you want noise all night.You arrive solo and leave as part of a family

Elegant hotel located at the prettier, cleaner part of Kuta Beach and a short walk away from Discovery mall and a short drive from the international airport. Dinner at Kunyit restaurant was lovely with amazing service and even a Balinese dance. Did I also mention the complimentary mocktail while lounging at the beachfront deck chairs .. what a tropical paradise 🌴

The Novotel has easy access to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choice. Our room was comfortable and clean. We stayed at the Novotel for one night, twice, to and from Lombok, and highly recommended this hotel. It has a welcoming Balinese atmosphere of hospitality.

Very friendly Family staff. The rooms were clean and best. There are soft drinks & water bottles available in fridge to buy anytime. The staff also advice the guests how to be safe and enjoy their stay in Bali. Walkable distance from the beach & beachfront mall.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Yummy food, amazing staff, perfect location and you get all the things of a luxury resort/hotel but you also get the old traditional feeling of Bali. I would recommend staying here to anyone, single, couple or family's! ❤️

Used the hotel as a place to leave our bags before spending our last day in Bali at Waterbom. Had showers and a rest then freshened up before midnight flight home. Staff excellent, very friendly and super helpful. Got their free shuttle to the airport.

All up we had a very enjoyable stay at Poppies. It was our oasis away from the very busy streets and lanes of Kuta. Staff very friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Would recommend Poppies to anyone looking for a quiet piece of Bali hevan.

The room was good and the breakfast tasty. It's not the type of hotel I would like to stay many days, but for one or two nights it's ok, especially because the city Kuta is not nice compared to other places in Bali, e.g. Ubud or Uluwatu.

Location matters specially when you are travelling to spend vacations. Kuta beach hotel is one of the best location on the beach with excess to Super mall.

The staff at reception were very unwelcoming especially for Balinese ! The service at the pool was better but very slow and the hotel wasn’t busy

It's a good hotel if you are transiting in Bali. It's not far from the hotel but it's quiet. Very comfy beds and pillows

ALL STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND ONE OF THE CLEANEST HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED AT IN OVER 30 TRIPS TO BALI ,AND ITS NOT JUST FOR KIDS.

It was a nice hotel but staff where not nice conpared to Bali.
