I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. The food was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared, using local ingredients, every meal felt nourishing and made with love. The location is a bit remote, but still within reasonable distance from the beach and local shops. Beautiful little tucked away place, super friendly locals and the owner is very accomodating and took me on a morning trip to tetabatu aswell. Great stay, would reccomend.

The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

We had a truly incredible three days at the villa and with Abdi, who was there for us throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely view of Mount Rinjani if ​​you wake up early in the morning, as well as direct access to the rice fields. Everything is super clean and well-appointed. this was truly the best thing we could have done when we came to lombok. we feel we have become part of this beautiful family - Zarkasi's children and wider family are so wonderful and Zarkasi himself is a fantastic host. We were taken to see how they weave sarongs and to the local village market which were both fantastic experiences. The food here is also delicious and there is a never-ending offer of tea or coffee! if you are looking to immerse yourself in indonesian culture and to spend time with a lovely lovely family, please consider staying here. The owners are just incredible people. I was here for a nearby funeral and ViVi helped me with all the cultural necessities and etiquette for the funeral. Azis is also so lovely and will bring you wherever you need. I was even invited to a local wedding! English is good and both are so welcoming. bungalows are lovely and clean, I slept well and AC is good. Wifi was touchy at the time but they were fixing it. Remember where you are - you will hear the mosques in the early morning I highly recommend you being ear buds for this reason if you are not used to it. The food is delish and I was shown around the local village. Enjoy your stay here. I will be back!

This resort was out of this world! When we came it was new years eve, the resort made a special intimate new year celebration for the guest with the staffs and invited some locals to perform! There were dancing, drinks, fireworks - an unforgettable experience. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. They even arranged a driver to send us back to the airport on our last day and gave us one last stroll in town. Ofcourse, there wasn’t any connection but we were briefed well by the staffs and we knew from the past reviews. Great place to unplug and disconnect!
