This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed. The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. You have fine dining feeling here. Luxory

The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Extremely close to a big mall and many restaurants, the hotel has two good restaurants itself, very clean room, beautiful garden and old-school decorations, very nice staffs. I left early for airport so the hotel has prepared A LOT OF FOOD for me! Just wonderful!

Perfect hotel! Very stylish and modern inside. Friendly and helpful staff. We asked for iron, for new chair, to help us with laundry - they helped us with everything! This hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with a various selection of dishes, including fruit and desserts. Very tasty! Also there is nice swimming pool and the restaurant at the top. We tried there pasta, it was good!

This place greatly exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. It was nicer than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in in Java. The building is modern, clean, well maintained and the room was so nice. The area is very upmarket and quiet.

My last visit to Surabaya was about 10 years ago. The city had transformed to be nicer and cleaner. Shopping malls were excellent now, cleaner. Keep it up. Surprisingly bluebird taxis were still available, but driver's honesty was questionable at times (meter rates).

Surabaya is a good stepping stone for other places.

Surabaya is a good stepping stone for other places. We didn’t really tour the city, mainly because we had other plans around it. The air quality was a bit disturbing. There were a lot of accomodation options, which was good. Would recommend it if you want to see ruins nearby or fly to Pangkalan Bun (Kalimantan).

Well Surabaya has been improving a lot now, for example it widened the main road like jl Ahmad Yani and others. clean gardens, and traffic was not so bad actually. it is easy to get around. our fav resto is Beatus alfresco Grill N Dining for sure. it was a very short trip 2 nights but fulfilled the purpose of the trip.

1. Plaza Surabaya Mall, Tunjungan Mall, Gubeng train Station. 2. Many types of food. 3. Most of the time we move around with Grab. 4. Walking on streets if possible as too many traffic and less pavement to walk on safely.

Movenpick hotel is very clean, nice big rooms with wonderful, amazing & friendly staff Elsa, Shanaz, Mali, Tyas. Elsa the boss of housekeeping team made my room every day, clean, nice smell. Every night when I come to my room made me very happy, clean & nice smell. Good girl Elsa. Shanaz, Mali & Tyas were my guides. Everyday they arrange my trip & I really enjoyed. God bless there hearts. Mali, Tyas & Shanaz were helping me to order Grab& Places to visit. The best customer service, friendly with lots of smile. Very respectful staff & wonderful service.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Kampi. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with any queries or requests. The room was big and bright with decent air condition. Housekeeping was every day with fresh bottled water! Breakfast had a good selection and the location is perfect for visiting local sites around Surabaya.

Graet buffet with indonesian, chinese and japanese food. The laundry service is quick and efficient, it can be useful if you are traveling changing cities every few days. The shops inside the hotel sell nice traditional clothes. The staff is kind and ready to help in any occasion.
