Robbie, the manager and Claire, the Evening Manager were extremely helpful, professional , polite and courteous. The morning breakfast restaurant staff were cheery and their were prompt, fast and accurate. The Ladies who keep the rooms spotless were a delight and most helpful. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a bother when u asked for anything. Hearing the bells chime every hr was lovely and it was just fantastic Well done everyone involved
