I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would especially like to thank Tobiasz at the front desk—his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made me feel very well taken care of. Excellent customer service like his is rare and deserves special recognition. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel! We had a very nice room (#11) with a large, super comfortable bed and a brand-new bathroom. Good breakfast buffet with great variety of hot & cold dishes. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would defo stay here again.

The staff were incredible - every single one of them, including the manager - went above and beyond. They were the highlight of our trip in fact! Nothing was too much for any of them. They were always happy to help and advise. The hotel itself is lovely - simple but incredibly clean and comfortable. Its in a great location too - so easy to access transport to get into the city. We loved our stay!
