Everything about the Rusty Mackerel was excellent. From the food, drink, hospitality from the staff and fellow customers. Entertainment was also fantastic with the great Brendan Quinn performing. Fantastic location that's central to the entire peninsula, easy driving directions to get there quickly and safely, ensuite bathrooms for each room, good kitchen facilities (though missing a spatula), great windows and skylights for ventilation.

Check in was so easy, and the lady at the desk walked me up to show me my room. It's in a nice part of town. And the food is excellent!

The Tara Hotel is a 3-star hotel in the center of Killybegs. It overlooks Killybegs Harbor, serves fine cuisine and offers guests free use of its leisure facilities.
