Swords is a bustling town with a reasonable range of shops and heaps of Cafes. Nearby Pavillions shopping complex is a very large mall with everything you need. Swoprds Castle in town is worth a visit but parking is a major problem in the township unless you carry cash. It would be so much easier if cards were accepted. Dinner at the Old School House was delicious and the staff very entertaining. Having family here is the main reason for coming to swords, however it’s a lovely place with so much going on. From swords castle to the pavilion, if you fancy abit of shopping and not far from the beaches. It’s so close to the airport which makes it very convenient when you can be at your end destination in left than 40 minutes after landing. Not for the faint of heart. This property ranks at the top of the scale. Immaculate and beautifully appointed in every way. We had the deluxe king room.
