The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. We had a great stay at this boutique hotel, which offered all the necessary amenities and was conveniently located near Marina Beach. The rooms and overall space were clean, new, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Moorthy, the manager of KB Marina Park, for his warm hospitality. He constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well and made sure breakfast and other services were prompt and timely. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day. We booked from Australia, and found it to be excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai!
