Everything in this hotel was great! We stayed in the low-season (mid-november), so the prices were very good, and the relation price-quality was great. The room was very clean, probably the cleanest i've seen in India during the whole month i stay there, very spacious and confortable. Great oversized bed, with plenty of blankets and clean sheets to keep you warm. Great bathroom with hot shower all the time. Coffe, tea and bottled water always available in the room with a boiling water machine. And, a BEAUTIFUL view and bacolny faced to the great Himalayas. Breakfast was included, and is awesome! Great food and with a lot of variety, not only "toast and butter" kind of breakfast :)

One the finest hotels I’ve stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many across the world). Large well thought rooms and decor and attention to detail in the room is exceptional. On tv, they Even give you Netflix and prime subscription! Haven’t seen that at many places … Excellent courteous staff and great multi cuisine food in the restaurant. Overall an excellent stay.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at Hotel Gyalpo Residency are spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable beds, plush linens, and modern amenities provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the picturesque landscapes of Leh Ladakh. The stunning views from my room's window of the surrounding mountains and valleys were simply awe-inspiring and added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.
