I had a wonderful experience staying at Super Collection O Howrah (formerly Hotel Tanima Villa). From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the fresh linens and tidy bathroom. The location is also great — close to Howrah Station and easy to access public transport, which made traveling around the city very convenient. The hotel has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for both business and leisure stays. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They need to arrange a certificate for booking the foreigners guest . Today they don’t have it and booking.com should be inform this information in their site as well. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel and but I could not stay there as they said they cannot confirm my booking after they saw my passport. Anyway, I will manage another hotel to stay in the kolkata

I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.
