It was one of the memorable family trip. Myself and family really enjoyed the stay here. Rooms are really spacious and well maintained. We even have the barbecue grill there. I will definitely recommend it for the stay.

Very regal and comfortable room. Wonderful large pool. Staff were friendly, especially the young man working there. The place is in a quiet location in walking distance from Cherai Beach. The issues I faced were in terms of lack of transparency. For instance there was a kettle in the room but no teabags. When I was asked I was told 'foreigners' bring their own and sent to a shop down the road to buy a drink. I was also expected to pay commission on top of my total price which I refused to. A tuk tuk was booked (which I gave money for) and on arrival at my location he said the money had not been passed on. There's lots of potential here but my sense was that the hotel is not run with guests needs in mind.
