Comfortable rooms, beautiful garden, friendly people. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were stuck in Delhi for a few days, and they were communicative and flexible and let us reschedule our stay. Everything was there, and if not they arranged for them.

One the finest hotels I’ve stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many across the world). Large well thought rooms and decor and attention to detail in the room is exceptional. On tv, they Even give you Netflix and prime subscription! Haven’t seen that at many places … Excellent courteous staff and great multi cuisine food in the restaurant. Overall an excellent stay.

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

The attentive staff ensured that all my dietary preferences were taken into consideration, making dining at the hotel an absolute pleasure. Hotel Gyalpo Residency's location is also worth highlighting. Situated in the heart of Leh, it provided convenient access to major attractions and was a perfect base for exploring the enchanting Ladakh region. Whether it was visiting ancient monasteries, embarking on thrilling treks, or simply immersing myself in the local culture, the hotel's central location made it all easily accessible.

The staff is really nice and they cared a lot about us. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a very nice location. I strongly recommend it.
