New hotel, everything clean and tidy Nice swimming pool There were very few other guests when we were there, giving a sense of too-quiet isolation, but this should change Nice 10 minute walk to a small business area with good restaurant choices 10 or 15 minute tuk tuk ride from Margao Very helpful staff and owner

First entry into the hotel: Friendly and well behaved staff Quick checkin Late night checkin( I reached hotel at 3am and Still checkin was provided). 24 hours Hot water Spacious rooms 24 hours food store available just 30mts away from hotel. Morning Tea is available upon request. I requested for 1 hour late check-out and reception agreed happily unlike most of the other hotels. Also provides cab and bike services at affordable rates. Room service available till 11.30am. if you are checkin late, reception waits till 30mins until he feels you are comfortable with everything in the room.

I have currently stayed there. My experience was really great. The staff is very cooperative. Mr Ayush who was at the reception was great. The breakfast was good. The location is good if you are looking for peaceful property. The beach is around 2.5km away, but they also provide beach shuttle service which is great. Overall I am happy that I chose this property. If in future I'll come I'll definitely opt for this property and will recommend it to my friends. Worth the money.
