A special mention to Kunal Parui, a young and dedicated restaurant staff member, who took exceptional care of us. His sincerity and warmth made our stay even more special. He not only attended to all our needs but also shared fascinating stories about the history of the Rajbari, adding to the experience. I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Taj Bengal. Everything was just perfect. The room was very carefully and tastefully decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and a practical, elegant office table. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, and toiletries were available for free use. Breakfast was included and served in a medium-sized wing of the hotel next to the pool. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The staff, too, did a marvelous job, and I cannot remember all the names of the staff who did something extra for me. The most impressive moment I experienced at this hotel was on the second day, when I found a handwritten welcome letter on the bed. For me, it is clear that I will definitely come back to this hotel, preferring it to other establishments.
