Great location! Very clean exceptional staff members ! Mr. Hawar at the front desk is very pleasant and has amazing customer service skills we very much appreciate the smooth check in process and Mr. Jwan at the front greeted us with such a bright energy taking our luggage to our room both leaving a very special impression! Dealing with Mr. Sanyar the manager was very accommodating which is why we decided to book with titanic again and stay with them a second time! Our family of 4 enjoyed the swimming pools, sauna, steam room and Turkish hamam! All the pool staff are so nice ! Can’t forget my unforgettable massages ( as a therapist myself) I have to say Charita is phenomenal and professional at Thai massages I also had a second massage with Rica which was nothing short of amazing as well! Highly recommend staying at the Titanic Spa Suly! 10/10

The hospitality was really nice the staff were welcoming and the room was ready for use and very clean also i asked for a crib for my child and the crib was already there when i arrived also the breakfast was really delicious and has a lot of kinds also the Guest relations (mrs. Kezan) was very professional and welcoming.

The location is extremely nice It's in the middle of local bazaar with everything I need around me I had a problem with my reservation due to mistake by me and the staff was really nice and helpful to resolve this issue Highly recommended My only advice to take a room with window on the inside of the hotel because the street is really crowded and the noise may upset your sleep

Excellent location. Short walks to both most important museums and the baazar (there's even an unusual antique shop right across from the hotel's back entrance). Many food options in around the hotel. Great street activity right out front. Breakfast-with-a-view, best breakfast of the trip. Helpful staff.
