Greetings from Poland :) We want to share our opinion about our stay in this beautiful place. It was one of the best accommodation we had ever traveling through Europe, Asia and other places. You can feel that Cristina put her heart in everything she is doing, best wishes for her. This place is very quiet, every morning we took walk in area that remind us of our childhood. Apartment is very modern and clean and Cristina add very much from her self, even if she does not has to and that's why it's very welcoming and beautiful. Thank You again for Your hospitality :)

Everything ! I can normally find fault with just about anything - but I'm struggling here. Petronilla is a small boutique hotel in a quiet street close to the centre of the lower town. It is well positioned to walk up to the older, picturesque upper town (or for the funicular). The hotel is well appointed and comfortable - we were upgraded, so all rooms may not be quite as good as ours: spacious, tastefully decorated with a vast bed and equally huge bathroom. The road outside was very quiet at night for a city centre - even on the night Atalanta beat AC Milan. Breakfast was outstanding (I would particularly recommend the cheese omelette). But what really stands out here is the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who were all absolutely outstanding. Many thanks to you all - now where is that sixth star when you need it ?

The service was outstanding! Lovely staff who booked a restaurant and taxis for us without hesitation. It's a gorgeous property with unique styling and a only a short stroll into the heart of the beautiful Citta Alta town. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely courtyard. I spent 24 hours in Bergamo as a last minute itinerary change before a week of work in Milan and was so pleased to have chosen this destination!

My room was spacious , spotless and quiet. The hotel location is great. And… the reception spoke English and actually understood my fast kiwi . A bonus. Breakfast was great and coffee awesome. This hotel was closed for about 18months after pandemic and I for one are really pleased for them that business is doing well. I have been to Bergamo a few times but I will always stay here in the future and would highly recommend this hotel.
