Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location was unbeatable, close to all the main attractions. Great authentic cozy appartment nearby Florence. Equipped with all necessary staf. Really comfortable to explore Florence. The host was amazing, provided us with city maps, instructions about parking, marked all key sights. Vividly described the sity tour and where to eat during it. Provided us with all necessary places to visit during our furhter rout across Italy. She really loves Italy and can talk about it for a long time. Very pleasant homemade welcom gifts were given Free parking on the territory. The only dissapointment that we stayed only for one night. There are much more to see for a longer period. Pay attention that there is no AC only fans, if it is too hot ouside.

    The property is beautiful and sits on a beautiful hill with a wonderful view. Tomasso, the host is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again next time in Florence.

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean!

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean! Daily breakfast was delicious and filling! The breakfast dining room was decorated with much warmth and allowed each guest to have their own table. The outdoor seating areas were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions regarding the area and restaurants. The owner was personable and engaged. The bed was very comfortable. The cappuccino was superb!! We will be back for longer next time!

    The location is absolutely beautiful.

    The location is absolutely beautiful. You are in the middle of Chianti region so you are surrounded by vineyards. In addition, there are fields of Olive trees, scenic drives and beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces at the resort. The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and ho out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

    Villa la massa was amazing, the staff went above and beyond with their level of service. The restaurants were both very good, breakfast each morning overlooking the river was fabulous. The spa therapist gave a wonderful massage and facial. The chef came out each day to ask everyone if they enjoyed their meal. The hotel rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms were spacious, everywhere is absolutely spotless. The pool area was very well maintained, always someone to get you water, a towel. All the staff were just so friendly.

    The location of the hotel was perfect and the apartment was great and comfortable. The host - Piero was always available and friendly and happy to help. This was ideal for our family giving us beautiful view, nature, wonderful place, just like in the pictures. Very clean, quiet, well equipped, with comfortable beds. We will be happy to visit this place again!

    Convenient for 1 night. The hotel is 10 minutes away by car from the port, convenient for relaxing after arriving by ferry to Livorno. A small hotel on the outskirts of the city, there is a Parking space. Friendly host. The room is clean and cozy. On the 1st floor there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks. The breakfast is served in a nearby cafe.

    This is the Best Hostel! 10/10. The staff is the best in Italy, so kind, loving and caring, hosting in a way that helped form a family atmosphere The vibe attracts the best people, and in my experience it is been a peaceful piece of paradise.
