Breakfast was more than fabulous. A full range of food, from beautiful breads to fruit, cheeses, pastries, meats and the most delicious jams. Comfortable bed in tastefully decorated room, with large bathroom. Park three steps from the door to the suite! But what mattered most to us was the lovely way we were treated by the owner, Beatrice. Anyone that stays here and doesn't like the breakfast, is very hard to please! The freshly baked cakes that Luciana makes wafts from the kitchen... heavenly. Parking is best we have had. Views are stunning and sitting out on our little balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. Bedroom spotless, linen on bed crisp and ironed.

The location was superb within and overlooking the stunning scenery of the vineyards of Barolo. Just a few minutes drive from Barolo, free parking, spacious accommodation. It was also possible to try the wines from the vineyard which were left in the accommodation but on this occasion we didn't drink any. Sitting on the balcony in the evening gave a perfect sunset view.

    Barolo is a famous and cute little italian village and the...

    Barolo is a famous and cute little italian village and the best vine on Earth (to me personally). :) We had a lovely walk around in this region with my husband on our latest visit and we loved its magical vineyard hills even more than the village itself. Because sadly the only downside (like with many similarly famous italian areas) is that it can become quiet busy and crowded with too many tourists and not so enjoyable if you prefer a more peaceful relaxing holiday like us. It is definitely worth to visit the village too, to grab an ice cream or an aperitivo but having long walks outside in its beautiful vineyard hills is a must have for a true and authentic Piemonte experience! :) It is very easy to get around in the vineyards of Barolo also by foot or by bike or scooters but would recommend to pay a visit not only in summer time but also during spring or autumn when its less crowded probably.

    Barolo is a very pretty town surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. We travelled by car and it was easy to visit lots of pretty towns in this beautiful region. Barolo offers a selection of restaurants and pizzeria offering very good food, service and of course great wines and everyone was very welcoming.

    A perfect place to stay in the Piedmont region.

    A perfect place to stay in the Piedmont region. We started in Asti & then Turin. Its great to get out of the city and see "real" Italy, garnished in grapes ready to harvest. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. Barolo was a great town to be in and biking was phenomenal there.

    I didn't expect any surprise, but it was very good. It's not 5 star hotel, but it has everything we need. If you don't expect luxury one, you must be satisfied. Especially, the very lovely old lady. Although she speaks only Italian, but you must be love her. The lastly, in 3 minute distance, there is a very very good restaurant.

The living space opens out onto a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside which is a relaxing place to enjoy a glass or two at the end of the day.
