Beautiful historical villa and gardens. Love the murano chandelier and all the furniture. The dining room is amazing and wonderful with a beautiful wood ceiling. You can relax and feel like living in early 1900. They adapted very well the old and elegant rooms with modern confort ( air conditioning, modern bathrooms) without changing the classic style. The swimming pool is large and it’s perfect for swimming. We will come definitely back and we will recommend to friends. The breakfast in a rooftop terrace is relaxing, good variety of food. Great service in all the hotel.

Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation right in the heart of Rieti. Great location and easy to locate. Very charming, with everything you need and it even has a beautiful terrace with lovely views of the mountains. The house was a cosy, located close to the heart of the evening activities. A party of 4 could stay here comfortably as there are separate places for TV and sofa, and even a kitchen. Every room is adequately heated. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice warm blanket. The water heats up quickly - so important on a cold night. The area comes alive especially at night, with restaurants and cafes. Carrefour is close by as well. Tatiana, my hostess, took very good care of me throughout my stay. I arrived early but did not have to wait long to be checked in as her husband came to check me in. That night was cold and when I asked for help to raise the temperature in the house, she arrived quickly to reset the temperature with her husband's help. From arrival, Tatiana sent me various suggestions of places to eat, snacks, desserts, and helped to connect me with people for various activities, and gave me advice on transportation. When she heard I wanted to visit a sanctuary that was not easily accessible, she took me there the next day and even helped me with the translation during the tour. In short, she treated me like a friend from out of town rather than a guest at her B&B. When we caught up in Rome a few days later, she continued to show me around. She and her warm family members (I met her husband and son) will remain one of my best memories of Italy.
