Great rooms, big, high ceilings, clean, big and comfortable bed. 3 mirrors, enough towels, big balcony (I think we got a free upgrade). Super nice staff! Very friendly and they sent us a list of recommended restaurants around the hotel without us even asking for it, a very nice gesture that helped us a lot. Right next to the hotel is a great, cheap Chinese restaurant that was also recommended on the list, and was great. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good, many options, nice and big dining room. They offer parking for 20€ per night, but we were lucky to find a spot on the street which is free. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    The place is nice.

    The place is nice. Unfortunately there aren’t many vegetarian options in the restaurants available. The trainstation is close and gives you the option to go to France or towards Genoa. There are a lot of restaurants and nice walking paths.

    Bordighera is nice but very difficult to find parking.

    Bordighera is nice but very difficult to find parking. We were 15 minute walk from our hotel. Good public transport for surrounding areas. The hotel had private beach but difficult to go in the sea If you are not a good swimmer because of all the stones. The old town is quite nice but we found the restaurant miriage bit over rated. GRande Hotel de Mare , restaurant was good. The Amarea restaurant was ok was

    Bordighera is a beautiful town, both the old part and the new. It has an interesting history and it’s worth going to the Clarence Bicknell museum. Try a farinata at one of the restaurants or take aways - a tasty vegan savoury dish which is found in Liguria, Nice and Sardinia.

    A delightful boardwalk.

    A delightful boardwalk. Reminds me of a smaller version of "Venice Beach" CA. Plenty of sights, sounds. Plenty of beach areas, and cafe's. Really a great place to stroll and breathe it all in. Was the best part of my trip to Italy.

    Bordighera is a lively town with an interesting old quarter.

    Bordighera is a lively town with an interesting old quarter. The beaches are pebble and shingle but varied and plentiful. I would recommend La Reserve where you can swim of the rocks and eat sea food in the restaurant. Access to the hilltop villages is easy and well worth a detour or two. The Conad superstore is fabulous with a huge selection of fresh produce, meat and Italian delicacies. A good place to stay en route to Italy or France.

    Villa Elisa came recommended by friends who have stayed there six times. We can now see why they love it so much. The hotel is beautiful in every way and the staff are too. It’s a family run hotel and all the better for that. The gorgeous grounds are kept in fantastic condition and the pool is superb. Great breakfast which you can enjoy in the grounds as well as indoors. We took advantage of the very convenient parking. Our room had a fantastic view of Bordighera and the sea. Thank you to all the staff there and we hope to see you again.

    Excellent communication and reception that Vanessa gave us. She showed us the whole house, the garage, and stayed in touch with us until we left. Excellent location of the apartment, large balcony, very large rooms, garage - it is difficult to find a more advantageous and successful offer in Bordighera
