Before arrival I was in dialogue with the owner because I was in doubt about payment. The owner was very helpful. When we arrived to the house we were greeted in the door by the owner. She showed us the house and its facilities and also mentioned nearby sights to see. Again very helpful and professional. The house is of a very high standard and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is normally served from 8, but we had to leave early for work - no problem said the owner, when do you need to leave? 7.30-08.00 - no problem we will make sure breakfast is ready from 07.00. Furthermore, the breakfast was very good - warm croissants, cereal, cake, juice, jam, Nutella - basically all one needs to have a great start to the day. Checking out was also easy and payment with card is no problem. To sum it all up - Great place with great owners. It's definitely worth visiting if you are in that area.

I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Recommendation: I highly recommend The Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

We love to stay here when we come to Molise. This is our fourth visit and La Ginestra is as wonderful as ever with amazing food from the farm. Patricia and Pino are very kind and welcoming. We will be back!

Very nice little place easy to find a few minutes drive from Campobasso and even less from a grocery store. Very quiet at night, safe parking on site. Very comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, large shower towels, kitchen complete of everything. Strong wi-fi. Very kind hostess (I had a problem with whatsapp and she was very patient)
