Anna was so helpful beforehand with restaurant tips and information and very friendly. The hotel is in a great position in the old centre with lovely restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay, even a kettle in the room!

I, personally, did not stay on the hotel, our 2 workers did. I was in contact with Mr. Giordano and the support from the moment we booked until they left was over the top.     Nice small Italian town downtown close to the train station we were so busy never even had a chance to visit the fort Plenty of places that made house deliveries and the Hotel Bogo is a few meters away with lots of dinner choices.

    There is no easy walking access to the cruise port or terminals, you will have to book a taxi OR take a bus from the train station to the port (40e). It is confusing and not well detailed by the cruise companies - do your research. Taxi from the train station to an apartment is equally a hassle (30e minimum).

    Great location for a pre cruise stay. You have to be in shape for the stairs! The setup to get in was horrendous. Room was big, bed comfortable (queen), bathroom good. It's a 4 bedroom apartment with a communal kitchen/ eating area.

    Taxi service: Worst I've ever seen or had to use! Reserved taxi for transportation from facility to cruise port on departure day - DID NO SHOW UP! Facility over 3/4 mile from any street used by taxis! Neighbors were able to contact taxi for us - prevented a disaster for us! No, I doubt I'd recommend this property/location to anyone - period! Booking.com needs to improve it's preview of properties and lot better!

    We loved the history, the restaurants, the views, the convenience to the terminal. The weather was fabulous! It was easy to walk everywhere. We even walked from the Norwegian Epic terminal to the train station on our return.

    Location was good, but there is no air conditioning, for such a hot place that is very poor as a fan is not enough to get a good night sleep, the bed sheets were very thin and not to a standard of most B &Bs, most of the miss match dishes and cups, glasses had to be cleaned first, would not recommend this place.

    The restaurant was awesome. Breakfast also great. Loved the ocean view from our bedroom. Staff were exceptionally obliging, picking us up from the boat and dropping us off at the airport. Great place to stay when flying out the next day. Saved lot of money by not travelling back into Rome and out again. We were dropped into the city which was fabulous shopping and dining then very easy to catch bus directly back to hotel. Great place to stay. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.
