We were lucky not to find a place in Bolzano and found ourselves in Collalbo. The region of Ritten/Ronen is beautiful, and from it is easy to access Bolzano via public transport, including the cable car which operates until 22:45. The village has several cafes, a baker, a supermarket and visitor center. The main attraction in the area are the Earth pyramids, but it is nice to just walk around the many paths.Guest review bySharonIsrael

You can get here with 1) cable from Bolzano + tram from Oberbozen or 2) bus from Bolzano. Option 1 is defienetly more pleasant. The town is really peaceful and compact with its restaurants, cafes, bakery and small market. The hotel was the cheapest option for this location when I book and I have no regrets. It is close to public transportation by walk. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are big, cleaning is not perfect but enough.Guest review byÖzgürTurkey
