I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do here. The restaurant I dined at was pleasant and food was good, the staff were really nice and local people were friendly. The town didn't suit me, especially in a place like Sicily where there are so many beautiful places to visit. Enna looks stunning from the highway perched high on a plateau and the streets are nice to walk. But it's not worth a night in my opinion.Guest review byAndrewIreland - 10.0

From Lombardia's castle has panoramic view, Etna, Callascibetta, valley, Bassa Enna, old town. There is a supermarket near castle. Velvendere square is 10minutes from bus stop and 20min from bus station. Enna is a beautiful and historic city, in a spectacular hilltop location with stunning views. We found it a very friendly town, with very few tourists in March. It can be very cold even then, when windy, so pack warm clothes. They both are the best hosts, and the room itself is paradise, a whole flat for ourselves! I am out of words to define it! It is worth a visit to Enna just to stay at their premises. I wish i had stayed a bit longer: the peacefulness of the room is out of this world, our room was huge, and breakfast was like a culinary festival!! Pamela and Giuseppe couldn't be more welcoming, they make you feel as family from the moment you arrive. It has been so far our best experience in Sicily.
