The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I had a wonderful stay, but what truly set this hotel apart was the kindness and care of the team. After I had already left, I realized I had lost a ring with great sentimental value. The hotel team went above and beyond to help me, they found the ring and arranged to send it to me by post. I’m so grateful for their honesty, effort, and warmth. This is a haven designed to relaxation and privacy. Staff were unobtrusive. No signs. No pushiness. Staff were first class and very discrete. Breakfast opposite the Adriatic Sea on your private terrace cannot be put into words. A quiet knock on your patio doors revealed a fabulous breakast set out on blue linen table cloth runner with quality silverware and Villeroy and Bosche crockery. Exceptional and unique.
