We stayed in five different apartments in Sardinia, and for this price, this one is the best. The apartment is brand new, with a fresh renovation smell. The kitchen has everything you need, with brand new cookware and dishes, we prepared a wonderful seafood dinner on the new pan and served it on new plates. This place is definitely not for just one night, but perfect for a full vacation. By car you can easily and quickly reach the best beaches on the island. The hosts are a very lovely young couple, they welcomed us personally and recommended the best places to visit. We 100% recommend this apartment. P.S. In the hall, the entire wall is painted with a mural — unusual and very beautiful, it made us smile every time we saw it.

This is a top, comfortable, excellently located hotel. Definitely good surprise, with a real family atmosphere. Team is amazing, with all nice attentions to your requests and to the details. Special thanks to the team at the restaurant (and to Alessio) but the whole team is exceptional, which is rare today! Very qualitative breakfast, with local and home-made products. Amazing garden, pool area and private beach! We appreciate the little extra complimentary things at check-in and the team recommendations for out visits!

What a wonderful place with great hosts. We received a warm welcome with arrival drinks abs the room was exceptional. Tastefully and beautifully renovated and decorated with Sardinian touches. Sylvia and Alex have such a personal touch and booked us at an amazing seafood restaurant nearby. The breakfast was out of this world and beautifully presented. Such variety and lovely use of colour. A wonderful and welcoming oasis to explore the beauty of this part of the island. We cannot fault our stay. Exceptional!!!

A very nice place in the Lotzorai. The house is very beautiful and so is the room. The breakfast was awesome! Silvia was very friendly. For parking I would suggest to park inside the courtyard for 5 euros per night because I haven't seen nearby parkplaces. All in all we had a great time.

Dommu Livia is a really cozy & clean apartment accommodation near the beach. It is integrated in the neighborhood of the Lotzorai residents, so your stay doesn't feel too touristy ;) Heike, the host was really helpful and friendly. short and sweet: the dommu livia is a honest recommendation.

The place was very nice with unique flavor of old italian style house, but decorated in modern fashion. We loved our hosts, who were very attentive and proactive in communication. We got all needed advises and proactive recommendations secured positive experience of staying at Lotzorai.
