We stayed in a room with a terrace overlooking the lake — the view was absolutely breathtaking, making it hard to even leave the room. The hotel is located right on the waterfront and in the heart of a lively street. The moment you step outside, you’re surrounded by numerous restaurants and charming spots to explore. We also opted for breakfast at the hotel, and it was simply perfect — a great selection, real freshly brewed coffee in the mornings, and you can request any coffee style you’re used to drinking. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. This place truly made our Lake Como experience unforgettable, and I will definitely return here again!

Everything was wonderful - so much space compared to a hotel room. These are recently renovated apartments and the high quality finishes of the materials is evident yet the old world feel of the place is still there. The stairs that leads up to the apartments is most likely the orignal stone that was there previously which has all been cleaned up and reinstated. We stayed in Apartment 2 (a one bed apartment) and I would recommend this one simply for the thin balcony off the apartment at the front of the building. A nice surprise (as it was 34C when we were there) is the air conditioned shared space that greets you when you enter the hallway. Air con is provided in the apartments also that you can control yourself, but we found by following the suggestions for keeping the apartment cool we did not need to use the air con at all during our week long stay. Sofa in the living area converts to a bed and the clothes racks/storgage off the bedroom is fantastic - there has been some great use of space in the planning of these rooms. The shared laundry room is also fantastic - works on a trust system (leave €5 for using the facilities) but laundry detergent and clothes airers and pegs are provided for your use so well worth the cost. Parking facilities can be provided on request at extra cost but are well worth the fee - parking spaces are individual fully secured spaces in an underground (out of the heat) location about 2 minutes (120m) walk from the front door of the apartment.

Loved our stay in Suites Menaggio! We got a balcony and it was so worth it! Sitting outside and seeing a part of lake como was so magical! The location itself is perfect!!! You are right in the center of the square and it’s a 6 minute walk to the ferry and with our luggage’s it was necessary that it was close. There is not lift but that is Europe for you so we did not mind, the owner was so helpful and kind! Also some ppl mention the bell I honestly loved it felt like a fairy tale and it was quiet at night which I appreciated. We did have some work meetings while we were there and the wifi worked great! Truly loved our stay, the room itself was spacious and the shower was such a delight!
