The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, new and clean. Small fridge to keep things cool. Staff friendly. Close to a lovely little pizzeria. Good for a stop over as it was close to the motorway and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was excellent and the location too. Wonderful house, the receptionist was great. Wish our room were not in the loft as my father was 72. Climbing two set of stairs was not easy for my father. But the other aspects of the stay overshadows this limitation. Will stay again.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was good, with easy access to public transportation and not far from old city. It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. Well done to all of you, it was a pleasure to meet you!! Very clean hotel and room, amazing pool with hot thermal water, fantastic and very high quality breakfast! We didn't expect such service at breakfast. Thank you for your gift, we appreciate it.

Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)

Clean, spacious hotel, staff very friendly and courteous, room clean and spacious including bathroom, toiletries of high quality, breakfast very good, the waiter even filled our travel mug with coffee, the hotel were happy for us to park our car in their secure garage for free whilst we went out sightseeing even though we had vacated, receptionist was very helpful with giving helpful information about our sightseeing. All in all we had a very good experience and would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed for just one night to break our trip. For that purpose the hotel was nice and cozy. Private parking in the back, extremely friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was ok. Whatsapp was used for communication which helped us a lot to find the place and get the keys when the reception was not open.

A beautiful authentic hotel. We are traveling with our teenager daughter and our room had an extra inner single room which gave us a wonderful privacy atmosphere

Location was good however better signage for the hotel would improve the experience. The service provided (Carlotta) was excellent. Breakfast was good.
