Everything was perfect. Breakfast was varied. The room was neat, clean and spacious. The location of the accommodation is perfect, 45 minutes drive from Pisa, 1 hour to Florence and 1 hour to Siena. We definitely recommend.

Location is ideal for visit to Tuscany. All of the towns that we visited were easily reached. Apartment was really great, and Martina who is running the place was very helpful and we really had the great time there. The place was ideal for our dog too, because we had a private garden, and there is a lot o f open area for walks. Italy is the far most pet friendly country we have ever visited. This place deserves recommendation.

The apartment is very cosy, with plenty of room to leave your stuff around. What we absolutely loved was the tranquillity of the location. I slept like I had anesthesia 😃 Even our kids, who are poor sleepers, slept so well here! The location itself is amazing - manageable distance to all major tourist places, larger town (Castelfiorentino) about 20 minutes away and from there you may take a train to major cities and towns (Florence, Siena...). Lovely neighbours in the condominium. Stunning nature all around - plenty of room for the kids to run around and have fun, a decent swimming pool, and a good tennis court with spectacular views over the Chianti hills. WiFi, stove, TV, heating - all works well. We absolutely loved our stay there, and we plan to come back (possibly in the summertime to enjoy the pool with gorgeous views ). This property is definitely a great value for money!

Everything was beautifull. View, terrace , comfortable beds , contents. Nature all around you and realy nice place for vacation. From this position you are 30-60minutes to all other minor beautifull cities but also Florence . I reccomend this accommodation for someone who came to explore tuscany and its' beauty .

    Beautiful little town in the Tuscan hills ... beautiful, quiet and peaceful - yet not to far away from places like Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano or Volterra. Some very goods restaurants either in town or a couple of minutes away.

    It’s so authentic not many tourists and the scenery is breathtaking. It’s a quiet area but so easy to get to all the sites within an hour tops from any direction, the roads are safe and easy access to the highway. The village has a supermarket, a handful of restaurants a couple of bars a quant square with cobbled paths.

    The place is gorgeous with plenty of lovely scenery that enhance relaxation. The apartment is clean with all the necessary amenities. The people, Martina and AnnaMaria are extremely helpful and always ready to help when the need arises. Though quiet and surrounded by forests and mountains you are so close to places of interests Tuscany is renowned for. You can be in the hustle and bustle of busy cities like Florence and in an hours time near the pools busking in the sunshine. Great place.

    Motaione lies perfectly in the heart of Tuscany with a small...

    Motaione lies perfectly in the heart of Tuscany with a small but really nice old town center. It's on top of a hill with a beautiful view all around. Unfortunately, if you go for hiking it's always very steep up or steep down - the same goes, if you rent a regular bicycle. But there is a really good mountain bike rental possibility: http://www.landhill.it/landhill-de/ in the center of Montaione. We paid 45E per E-bike and day. It's really worth to explore the region on the small roads by E-bike :-) There is a supermarked (COOP) in the center and a nice pastry shop.

    Tidy, spacious apartments in a traditional Tuscan building, just outside the village of Montaione, so only 5 minutes drive from supermarkets and restaurants. The pool area and gardens were nicely maintained and there was plenty of space for families. There is also a nice view over the countryside from the garden area, especially for the sunset. Welcoming hosts. Beds in the apartment were very comfortable. Overall a great spot to base yourself for a relaxing stay in Tuscany.

    We liked the location very near to Montaione. Carpe Dieum and Casa Masi must go to restaurants, quad biking in town excellent. We had 1 bed apartment with excellent outside area, pool super, laundry facilities excellent (free) Sara and Aesa helpful but never asked if everything alright or how’s it going. Pretty grounds.

    This is one of the most beautiful bouteque hotels that we have ever stayed at. It is a perfectly restored stone building in a lovely, small, walkable Tuscany village. The room had a separate jacuzi and shower room. The small restaurant served delicious dinners and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious
