This hotel is amazing! the best value for money ever!!! First i would like to mention Marco from the reception. He was so nice and helpful. He helped us find a parking spot for our car (and even moved its own car so we could park there safely!!). He also upgraded our room for free, and provided the best recommendations for own visit. The hotel is beautiful, i felt like a princess lol, the room was very very clean (which is really important to us), whie also located in the middle of the city, right next to the main shopping street of Noto. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. As I mentioned, Marco provided the best recommendations: - We had an "aperitivo" in the hotel's rooftop bar (which is a Martini terrazzo). It is pricy, but cocktails were great and the view and whole experience was worth it (book a table for the sunset time). - We had dinner at Norma Bistrot, which was the best dinner we ate in whole Sicily!!! amazing! To sum up, i was afraid that going to Noto will be a waste of time, but Noto ended up as our favourite location in Sicily by far!!!! mainly thanks to Marco and the Gagliardi hotel! we will sure come back next time in Noto!

This is a beautiful, restored property with gardens, a pool, a lovely courtyard, nice dining room and a fabulous breakfast space and breakfast itself. The dinner was delicious! The view and setting were amazing! Our room was gorgeous with a stone wall at the head of the bed. They were very accommodating and helpful.

I've stayed in 15 or 16 different places in Italy, including five or so in Sicily. Noto is my favourite. OK, quite touristy, but not irritatingly so. I visited in mid-September, so may have been lucky. It has a very easy vibe. Will definitely return for more.

Lovely town centre, just one road from bus station to...

Lovely town centre, just one road from bus station to accommodation and cathedral. Places and market stalls open virtually all day on the Sunday were there, unlike other towns which were dead from 1 to after 5 pm! Lots of cafes.

Noto is safe and easy to get around in.

Noto is safe and easy to get around in. I walked all around. I took a taxi from the airport in Catania and back again in the middle of the night. The town is full of life. A warm, safe place with very friendly people. I have traveled widely but I was a bit intimidate to go to Sicily by myself. I loved it!! The hotel recommended Caffe Sicilia and I never looked back. I went for morning coffee, mid morning coffee, pastries, ice cream, and afternoon and evening Campari and wine. I always felt comfortable and welcomed. A few blocks away i visited a beautiful textile store Tappezzeria Blanco Giovanni. You don't have to buy curtains, they also sell pillows and fabulous bags. Pitittu di Sicilia a darling shop by the gate gives you all the information about the products and wines and Laura will even try to explain the post office. I love Noto and Sicily!

Noto is a beautiful city, like being in a museum—stunning food, peaceful and quiet, full of beauty. We recommend the tour with the little train; it costs 5 euros per person and is free for children. It’s a beautiful tour where you get to know all of Noto.

A very artsy town with welcoming people, amazing restaurants, incredible sightseeing and a nightly passeggiata (promenade) that continues into the wee hours! Beautiful beaches nearby and incredible sightseeing everywhere you go in the Val di Noto area.

This was a super relaxing place and one of our favourite parts of our holiday in Sicily. The cottage was surrounded by orange trees so felt very secluded. The breakfast and dinner were lovely and we appreciated all the home-made and local products. Vincenzo gave great advice on local things to do and see. We loved sitting outside. The plunge pool was too cold to use when we were there in early October, but nice to dangle our legs into and watch the resident frog enjoy floating in circles on the filter current.

The room is big and very comfy. Everything very clean and totally new. I can imagine staying here for much longer. The host is on a mission to make you feel happy and gave us a lot of tips from where to eat to where to park. He even helped us to arrange a rental car for a few days for a reasonable price which helped us a lot. This was one of our best experience and best sleeps we got during our whole stay in Sicily. :) Hence, Noto is smaller but very enjoyable. Go ahead and push that booking button!

Perfect boutique hotel in the middle of the town :) the view of the terrace is stunning! Loved everything about this place: location, view, rooms, decoration, breakfast… and the staff!! So friendly!
