Marlene and her apartment were great. She is so fun, speaks in Italian but somehow you just get it even if you don't know the language. The place is on the ground floor, it's got plenty of space, large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, toiletries, bed linen and towels, wifi. Marlene provided us with a ton of food for breakfast and snacking throughout the day. The area is very nice, with plenty of beautiful hikes in the region. A local lady with a granddaughter offered to take us to an apple orchard which also has baby deers - it was such a lovely experience. A nice bar/restaurant just a few minutes walking distance.

Nice and quite country house (first floor with separate entrance). Excellent pizzeria just 4 min by car from the hotel. One can hike to the ancient Orino castle by foot directly from there, through some woods and pleasant Italian villages.

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight.
