Superb accommodation. Spacious, clean and very well-designed (minimalist style). It is hands down one of the best place we have stayed. You could also tell the efforts of the host from their amenities and decoration. Common room was also very well-organized.

Lovely little apartment in the middle of Palmanova. Very well equipped and well looked after. At top floor, so glad there was a lift available, especially to carry our stuff and the children. Host was very accommodating with checknin time and has also provided us with a cot and a parking space. Would highly recommend this place. Amazing location with it being close to a supermarket and the square.

We spent 7 nights in this cozy, modern accommodation with a little girl – sightseeing (Palmanova, Aquileia), lots of beach time (Grado, 30 minutes away), and shopping. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, all three of us fit easily, and there’s also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning cooled the apartment to a pleasant temperature; you can even separate the AC for just the bedroom, which gets nice and cool at night. The kitchen is well equipped: gas stove, extractor fan, Lavazza coffee machine, microwave, and sink. In addition, there are plates, cutlery, sharp knives, and a panini maker. The only thing missing was an oven, but there are plenty of excellent, affordable restaurants and bars nearby – we didn’t miss it at all. The shower in the bathroom is large and modern – perhaps a bit more storage or hooks would’ve been useful here. In the living room there’s a hanging chair and a big TV. The apartment can be darkened well, with wooden shutters on the windows. There’s a washing machine available; the only thing missing was a larger drying rack. In Palmanova, parking is mostly free, and there’s a huge free parking lot just one block away if there’s no space on the street. The main square is one street away, and there is a gendarmerie opposite, making it even safer. All kinds of shops are within walking distance (Eurospar, Eurospin), and by car it’s a 5-minute drive to the larger shopping mall and outlet. The owner is very kind and helpful; communication by chat was also easy. It’s clear that the apartment was created with much love and enthusiasm – it was really nice to return after a long, tiring day.

    A great immersion in a rinascimento fortress, the state of preservation is astonishing. It's the "only" thing to see, but a walk around the fortress can last a solid couple of hours, and you can walk back and forth the different defensive structure to try to understand their specific role in the city defense! I recommend a stay at the Hotel Ai Doggi, as per eating Al Gambero was a super friendly place!

    Interesting city with special zoning.

    Interesting city with special zoning. The city is an old military area and the map is like a star. We were pleased when we decided to come here. We stayed only one night together with the Finnish travel blogger Finintirol but like it a lot. The place was quiet, beautiful and a little different.

    Great location right on the main square and only a few minutes from the motorway (but no road noise!!!). Hotel has parking just a few metres away from reception which is ok to find - just ask for sat nav location. Superior rooms are well equipped and have good a/c and view onto main square. Very good breakfast with good choice of hams, meats, cheeses as well as breads jams and cereals. Excellent coffee freshly made for you. We are returning guests and very satisfied.

    Accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is pets friendly, although we didnt brought our dogs it was still nice to know for the next time. Breakfast was excellent for this kind of accommodation. It is close to Palmanova town where you have plenty of restaurants. Hosts are amazing. They showed us the property and told the story about renovation.
