Perfect location between Fiumicino airport and downtown area, very quickly and easy to reach by train. Ticket from here to Roma Ostiense station is cheap (arround 1-2€ one way). Appartment is located in nice area with locking fencing. There is supermarket and market with fresh fruit nearly. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at Agriturismo Tenuta La Muratella for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday in Rome. The Agriturismo is conveniently located 10 minutes from Fiumicino International Airport and 20 minutes by car from the city center (e.g. Trastevere, Pantheon, Vatican etc.), but it is surrounded by greenery and nature: a perfect mix of to stay in Rome and at the same time in a quiet place to relax and unwind. The Agriturismo offers many services: it has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and parking facility. The rooms are super spacious, very clean and well decorated. They have a warm and cosy atmosphere and are equipped with all the comforts one may need: refrigerator, kitchenette, coffee machine, Sky TV, etc. We stayed in the "Campidoglio" room and it was very nice. Breakfast is provided in the room with plenty of choice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Giuliana is a super friendly owner, very kind and supportive: our flight was delayed and we arrived after 5pm (check in time) so she sent us very precise instructions on how to access the property. On the day of checkout she allowed us to leave the room an hour later. We were so grateful to her and loved all the little chats we had together. I highly recommend this property to all those who wish to visit Rome but at the same time want to be in a quiet place surrounded by nature. I will definitely book Agriturismo Tenuta La Muratella in the future every time I return to Rome. It already holds a special place in our heart.

The host, Erica, was great at communicating and making sure I was welcomed at the place. She also had suggestions of places to eat nearby, and that was thoughtful. Also, they have a good selection of sweet snacks and coffee in the kitchen. If you're looking for a place near the airport that is clean and accessible, this is it.

Nice view from the balcony, So close to railway station, Close to supermarket, to shopping centre. Quiet calm area. Also available bus to the beach, it takes about 15 min to reach the sea. And it takes 1 train stop to reach the airport.

All was good. We stayed just for a night waiting for our connecting flight. Location is 15 min drive from airport. There is a good cafe 10 min walk from the place. The rooms were clean supplied with some snacks and tea. AC was working good.

    If you don't mind sharing and apartment with strangers, it was a nice place. Not understanding it was shared and the host coming in with others guests, getting upset with us about using the other room which was open, and not clearly told , do not use it. Especially having kids who open doors. usually places like this , if do not enter the doors are locked, i.e all the others doors. So when we saw a door open we assumed we can go in. Host was upset about this, right fully so, but again could've handled it better.

    It is a distant boring place without any single interesting...

    It is a distant boring place without any single interesting thing to see or do, without any nice bar o restaurant, it is badly connected with the public transportation. I would only recommend it for people coming by car.

    I needed a place to get away to work on a project, so needed...

    I needed a place to get away to work on a project, so needed a place to sleep and eat, with space for setting up a temporary office / work space. The apartment was perfect for this: the table for dining became my desk. The wifi provided me the access I needed for my work. The location was ideal: there was private parking for my car, there was a grocery store within a short walking distance, and a post office nearby. The apartment (with windows closed) was quiet - as it is located on a busy intersection, with a restaurant below that played music in the evening. With windows shut it was not a distraction.

    It's the wonderful and very cosy place for both family and romantic getaways. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and the apartment was clean and had everything you just need for a holiday. The place is also easily accessible by public transport if you don't have the option of private transport or taxis. Another plus is the close location to the airport, which makes transfers (which can also be organised by the owners) much easier.

    The place was close to the airport freeway and the ring road, so very convenient for us to head north the next day. It was also very close to Ponte Galeria railway station. The host was very helpful and very generous with time spent keeping in touch with us. She was very accommodating about an early check-in.

    Sifting thought the choices, this property stood out. Hotels stay’s can become so monotonous. But Clarabella proved to be much than change. It felt like home in the middle of nowhere, yet, so close to the airport. Alesia was available on call for assistance and suggestions.
