Everything. Beautiful location, lovely room, splendid breakfast. But, above all, the staff. I had excellent correspondence (in English) with Paola,who was very kind during my stay; Ileana organised purchase of medication I needed (I had just come out of the hospital) and personally bought me a much-needed comb; the manager himself bought my medication and brought it to the hotel .... This was all far beyond the call of duty and they were lovely.

This is a very well run hotel. It has a very good setting right next door to the sea. The first warm welcome from the staff on the desk sets the tone for the rest of the stay. They were always helpful and pleased to see you. The room felt as if it had been refurbished recently. We were at the back of the hotel but with a large, well appointed room with a great balcony. It didn't have a sea view but did let you see quite a bit of italian life. passing by. The restaurant did have a sea view as was a lovely place to eat breakfast with a great choice of food. They also serve dinner with the light changing on the sea it was a great expereince. Very knowledgeable staff on duty and with very good advice on local wines. The food was of a high standard and very resonable. The town is just a short stroll away along the Prom. It is a real italian seaside resort which menas you have to pay for the beach opposite the hotel. There is a free beach further into town.

Huge surprise because of the services in comparison to hotel category: just 1 star but it's better than a lot of 3 stars hotels. Free parking, wide, clean and quiet room, close to Imperia historical center as well as all main services and a breakfast that was simply F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!! Possibility to take pets for just 5€ more, and the hotel provides a blanket and bowls directly in the room. Hope to come back soon!
