The hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The staff, especially Sergio, are accommodating and friendly. Now, it is in Pozzouli, so take into account it is surrounded by volcanos. A sign at the door alerts you very cleverly, that you might smell odors ( Sulphur) and you might feel the ground move. The smell was there, but not bothersome. We did not feel the ground move during our stay! We had a sea view which I highly recommend! It is stunning. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.

We had a great room! We had a double bed and two twin beds. One of our sons walked in on arrival at 7:00 pm and fell right to sleep and didn't move until the next morning. We had flown overnight from the US through Dublin to Rome and then drove to the hotel. It's too bad because he missed the best pizza of the entire trip, which is saying something. Visit Artu Ristorante Pizzeria Napoli if you are in the area. The crust was amazing. Breakfast was lovely in the dining room and offered a large selection of foods.

It was our first time in Italy, the owners arranged our arrival by car, which was more than helpful. During our stay we were met with exceptional hospitality, by both the owners and the staff. Ivan and Marchella were wonderful, and even when we panicked about our return to the airport, they arranged a car for the transfer. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day of it.
