The apartment was exactly as described – a cozy, tastefully furnished, well-equipped, clean and pleasantly quiet place. I found the bed very comfortable and there were extra duvets and pillows. The host was very responsive and provided me with all the information I needed (directions, instructions, recommendations). The beach, the town centre and the vaporetto stop are all within a five to ten minute walk. Excellent stay. Would gladly come back.

The hotel, a former glass factory, is excellent, modern, very comfortable and very well positioned, with nice outdoor spaces, and a great terrace overseeing la laguna. The rooms with laguna view are modern, silent, well decorated, large, and with a stunning view. The mattress is perfect. Our bathroom had a bath tube. The morning sun lights up the room. Breakfast is solid and also accompanied by nice views of the laguna. Focaccia was very good. Art pieces enrich the garden. Staff was extremely caring and helpful, and offered an upgrade to a larger laguna room.

We had an amazing stay at this gem of a hotel in Venice! Its location on the Canal de la Giudecca is absolutely perfect—close enough to all the main attractions yet peaceful and away from the crowds. The modern design and comfortable amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff.
