It was actually a transit for a (full) day in Rome. Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

Great location, - subway, buses and trains in any direction, within walking distance. All major attractions are also within walking distance, including the shopping area. A lot of cafes/restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Right on the corner of the house a small grocery and clothing market opens every morning. The rooms are large, nicely equipped - I was upgraded to a more comfortable and larger room. Great internet connection can be hooked up on the way to the hotel ))))

    I love Rome!

I love Rome! I've been there 5 times and never get tired of it. It's a city unlike any other, with its very rich history. Very unique and vibrant. Lots of good restaurants. I'm hoping to return soon! I always stay near Termini station because it's central if I want to catch a train or a bus to go anywhere in Rome, so there's no need to catch taxis, thus saving money. Also, there's a train that goes directly to Fiumicino airport, when I have to catch my flight home.

Visiting Rome was overwhelming…so much to see, so much to do. We choose three events and took the time to relax between exploring. Pasta, Pizza and Gelato were all great. We began with a hop on hop off ride to acclimate ourselves to the layout of the city. Busses were easy and inexpensive.

Rome is a wonderful, vibrant, safe, and beautiful city that often receives many visitors, but it was especially crowded due to the Catholic Jubilee. Even so, we were generally well-treated in restaurants and at tourist attractions. However, there were occasional disappointments at some points, such as the shop and café in the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Muri and the Terrazza Cafarelli in the Capitoline Museums where people were so impatient. Despite this, we had a great stay. We ate at Pastificio Guerra for cheap and delicious "pastas" and at Pompii for "Tiramisu". Getting around Rome is easy on foot, so it's a good idea to stay close to the center. Taxis are expensive and must be caught at designated points, as they don't stop just anywhere to pick up passengers. It's best to use apps like "fre now" or "it taxi." To get bus and metro tickets, you'll first need to learn how to do it and validate them. There is lot to do and discover, I love Rome! Great city!

Rome has so much to offer: unique churches, lively squares and above all, many archeological treasures. Eating out in Rome is a treat most of the time. On the downside are the big crowds everywhere— especially in the metro stations. And the long queues for all the attractions — partially caused by elaborate security checks.

Rome is special, one of a kind city, definitely worth visiting once or more in your lifetime. The only thing that bothered me were the huge crowds everywhere on the streets, especially around Trevi, Spanish Steps and Vatican. Be prepared of them. The only major point of criticism I have is the lack of clear wayfinding signage for key tourist sites. In a metropolis of this size and importance, prominent signs at major crossroads would significantly improve the visitor experience and reduce reliance on digital navigation.

It was okay. The reception staff where friendly enough. The first night the electrics cut out after I used my adapter. I was subjected to some verbal abuse from an older gentleman. I'd used this adapter in other hotels in Rome and Italy without issue. We had to plug our adapter into one of their adapters to use our items. The building is jaded and needs money spent on it. The area is great but very busy. I've stayed in Rome many times and found the beds uncomfortable at this property.

Despite being located in a VERY touristy part of Rome, this hotel is a peaceful and QUIET oasis from the chaos. I was shocked at how quiet my room! WiFi is excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff is wonderful. Little extras: cookies in the room each day. Breakfast was among the best I have ever had an Italy - excellent and beautiful assortment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Surprising fluffy and tasty croissants (for Italy) during breakfast. The location was very good, just across the US embassy and many 5* hotels - fairly easy to reach, away from the tourist noise but still reasonable distance to all key areas in Rome. Much appreciated that they could book us a hire car to take us to the airport.

By the way, the price is very cheap, I don't know why, actually I choose the hotel because of the cheap price, but when I arrived, it was over my expectation.
