First of all – we loved the location. Just a small walk away from the main attractions – very quiet, nice, clean and lovely. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We love this hotel! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, out of the crowded center of Florence but walkable for us( 45 min stroll) or a short taxi ride. Lazing by the pool under the shade of the tree was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had. The room is very clean. There’s a couple of nice restaurants nearby if you don’t fancy going in to the city.

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The front of house staff (we met 3 different ladies on 3 different shifts) who were always so well informed, well spoken and knew exactly where to send us for dinner or lunches. It was a wonderful stay in the best of the city (Santo Spirito) and wow what a room! The location was incredible too. Just a short walk and you are at the river and a short walk from the Uffizi Gallery

Staying at Casa Botticelli is an experience by itself. Starting from the entrance through the huge door, then to the old elevator that has its own process to use. The room design is magnificent and is reminiscent of the city of Florence and the Renaissance. Such a lovely quiet countryside hotel - which was super convenient as the bus from Florence dropped us off at the bottom of the drive!! We were there for a wedding in local castle & the owner very kindly offered to drop us as it was 30min drive in sweltering heat. We walked as we wanted to appreciate the views. The pool was perfect & we had such a lovely relaxed time reading our books & staying away from the high sun! Breakfast was substantial continental spread & we had a super tasty omelette on first morning.
