Lovely dining room for breakfast, staff very kind & helpful carrying our bags. We were given an upgrade to a superior room. Nice garden area outside room with chairs & a table under a tree that provided nice shade. Nice swimming pool. One of the nicest places we have stayed. My photos don’t do it justice.

Loved the location, the facilities and the wonderful staff. Beautiful countryside views, birds chirping and immaculate garden. From Sara in reception to the restaurant and Spa staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Food was excellent.

The farmhouse is old, authentic, and full of charm. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and the new pool offers a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts, Luis and Federico, are a wonderful couple – kind, warm, and attentive. The service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the home-made granola and cake. The bedroom was airy and attractive, with beautiful beams, and a wonderful view over the Umbrian countryside. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night. We enjoyed being able to sit and read in the garden, and enjoy the view down into the valley. Maria gave us very good recommendations for local restaurants and advice about shops.

Alessandro was so friendly, helpful and generous. The room is really very beautiful with an amazing view. We were warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Right near the central square (100m) but quiet. There are lovely restuarants nearby and its a lovely town. It was such a treat to stay there. Thank you Alessandro!
