I loved staying at this hotel! I stayed in the presidential suite and it was truly stunning with the private balcony, fancy hot tub and beautiful views. It was extremely clean. There was good attention to detail including wine and a fruit platter on arrival. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it is very good value. The staff are also excellent. Although their English is not always perfect, they are so kind and always looking to help. Breakfast was a little limited but still very good, especially when delivered to eat on the terrace of your room. When booking the suites you can book the sauna and steam room for exclusive access which was nice , and the garden and outdoor jacuzzi are just dreamy! Although facilities are not huge, it has a lovely boutique villa feel which is much nicer in a way.

arriving at the location was breathtaking even before we arrived mary called to ask if we were having dinner the welcome we got was exceptional as the staff was one of the most generous and kind we met Mary,Iliana,Francesca,Franko and the outstanding dinner byAndres with Deborah. At first I was put off by the building, and then by the lobby. However. the receptionist was so classy and kind that he allayed my fears. He directed us to their parking garage just by the hotel and we reentered the hotel via a tiny lift which was stuffy and stifling, badly in need of a face-lift. When we went up to the room we were dismayed by the heavy dark decor, but it looked clean and comfortable and it was only for a night. the shower stall was really crammed. We settled in and went out to explore and upon returning the lobby was lit up and had taken on an entirely different aura....very nice. Likewise the room, it was better in the lighting. the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not much interest from the staff though. There's a lovely little garden and pool, and a tiny gym looking onto the garden.

We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

    Fantastically situated! Right in the middle of beautiful San Gemini. Emilia and Allesandro gave perfect information and instructions about driving begore we got there. Unbelievably serviceminded. Thanks to them we had an unforgetable meal in San Gemini - at one of the redtsurants they recommended. They went out of thrir way to make syre we made the most of our two days in Sam Gemini. We hope to be back soon🙏🏼

    The staff is amazing; very friendly, always available and great service. The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.
