Wow, what a find! Fantastic location in the middle of a medieval town, next to the church, on top of a hill. Great staff. The hotel is not new, but we actually liked it that way, added to the rustic charm. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was 10 Euro per person and was awesome. Fresh eggs, meat, yogurt etc. etc. As this is an Agriturismo and a bit out in the country, I strongly suggest taking the breakfast. You must inform the hostess the night before so she can prepare.

Very nice, friendly and helpful hosts. ❤️ The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you might need. Amazing location, very chill and relaxing ambient. Lovely dog and cats in the garden, pool and sunbeds were nice under the sun. Just amazing, I would definitely recommend it, and I personally am looking forward to going back there.👌🏽🥰

A truely well kept secret in the heart of Tuscany. Ethan’s Bar is across the road to this Airbnb. Great cocktails. Also a few steps out of the door are a variety of fabulous restaurants. There is also a good walk up to the two towers on the hill and easy access to the Via Francigena walk. Located on the ground floor of the Tower di Frederico - is a Michelin rest. And a very nice guy runs the Cycle rental / tour shop. Love this village.

Fabulous restaurants! All rather small, so would book. Very quiet old town with wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. Perfectly situated for visiting Pisa and Florence by train. Would recommend a wine tasting locally at Beconcini.

We just can’t say enough about the town San Miniato and our hosts. Silvia was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our first time here magical. The view and sound are from any painting that you’d wish you could jump into. The apartment is clean, modern, functional and the VIEW!!! If you’re lucky enough to come here you’d wish to never leave. Thanks! A highlight!

It was last minute booking on our way to Tuscany province from Rome but absolutely pleased with the service specially staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again next time when we visit around 🥰 beautiful views specially sunsets 🫶🏼

Breakfast was good. Service for coffee was slow. We let the hotel know it was our 10 year anniversary and that we had held our pre wedding dinner there for 50 people. I was disappointed there was no message in our room or amenity. We also had a very plain room. It would have been a lovely gesture to have upgraded us. We work in travel and know how important these things are.

We were transferred to Hotel San Miniato (HSM) because Hotel Miravalle is undergoing renovations - it is covered in scaffolding currently. HSM is very comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good, and there are great views of the sunset.

Very good location, very easy to walk around San Miniato. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need in a holiday rental. It suited our small family well, and the host had set out a cot for our baby- a very thoughtful touch.
