We loved this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed . Spa facilities looked comprehensive and reasonably priced and the use of the lovely pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. Breakfasts and set menu dinners were all very enjoyable. Plenty of parking and beautiful setting.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was amazing!! everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The spa was definitely my favorite part. There’s so much to enjoy, from the jacuzzi to the calming atmosphere, but the massage really stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, and the lady who gave it was incredibly kind and professional. The room were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest from the very first moment. Their warm welcome and genuine care set the tone for the whole experience. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made every meal feel special—he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I did encounter a small issue during my visit, but the management handled it immediately and provided a thoughtful solution that left me completely satisfied.😊 Overall, this hotel is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with outstanding service and wonderful people. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. ⛰️🌲🌳

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. We stayed for 3 nights at Stefano's amazing place and loved it. The rooms are perfect: clean and modern, yet super cosy at the same time thanks to the natural building materials. The huge window front allows to enjoy the truly stunning mountain view. You can really tell that the place was designed with love to the very last detail. The breakfast was delicious and Stefano is super helpful and had many great tips for us. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly shines through. If you're looking for a fantastic stay in the Trentino mountain region, this place is it!
