The house is on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful countryside and the sea. Little cozy spaces are set up in various places to relax and enjoy the views. You can find peace and quiet even when the hotel is full. We wound up returning to the hotel early every day, because we wanted to enjoy the gorgeous view and the peaceful silence and relax with a bottle of wine. The host Luca is passionate about the land and its history. His suggestions on what to see were very helpful. Also, his breakfast was amazing.

Rosy is a very friendly and helpful host! She speaks Italian, but we still managed to communicate via Google Translate. She explained everything about the house and prepared breakfast for us. The house is wonderful, especially the amazing balcony where we had breakfast and dinner! The house is very close to the beach - 5 minutes walking. The beach in Solanas is sandy and the water is clear. The room is small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also super clean.

Very nice villa in Solanas, 3 minutes by car to the beach. Other beautiful beaches are just 10 minutes by car. The communication with the host was uncomplicated, the house has self check in. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a big fridge and a gas stove. The terrace and garden are very big, perfect for relaxing outside in the shadow on hot days. Our 1,5 year old had a lot of fun on the slide and on the swing. Totally recommended for families

This was the best hotel stay of our entire Italy trip! All the staff were so lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Fantastic breakfast with fresh food. And the location was perfect because there was a beautiful little beach in walking distance, but also in a good position to explore the rest of the coast with the car.

The hotel is right in front on the beach and the facilities are beautiful. The breakfast selection is very complete and delicious!! also, the staff is very kind and caring. thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

The hotel is located a few kilometres from the beach on the main road leading there. The pool has all the equipment to relax. The rooms are a good size. Good breakfast is served in the morning.
