Have no complaints. Location was perfect in the city center. There are a lot of restaurants around. All the sightseeing places are in the walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Situated in a nice quiet part of Genoa. The small town was quiet but still lots of people enjoying the local wine bars etc. The town was beautiful with all the lights everywhere (not sure wether it's because it's Christmas). There is the promenade but sadly as much as i wanted to have a walk down there i was only there a long weekend so went to Genoa and portofino and santa margherita instead on the train (Station being around a 5 min walk from the property) The property was gorgeous, very typical Italian. I think it has 5 guestrooms. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Rooms cleaned everyday and the hosts ensured everything was perfect for you. Breakfast consisted of home made cakes, tea, coffee, espresso, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and would gladly knock up an omlette for you etc..also great at giving you local advice and nothing too much trouble for them both. The grounds were beautiful with lemon trees and olive trees growing around the property. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in the core of the city center on the third and fourth floor of the old residential building. The room was very nice and everything was perfectly clean. The guy from the reception was very helpful, we came late in the evening, he helped us the luggage and he ordered us a pizza because at that time nothing was working nearby and we were very hungry.
