We have stayed in Casa Mia for one-week, last week of July 2025, family with 3 children. The house is spacious, with two bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped with large space to serve meals, barbeque facilities outdoor and small swimming pool, perfect for kids while we prepared meals. We loved to stay separated from our kids on the upper floor, and kids loved to have their own floor and bathroom. Location of the house is in a residential area with street and court parking. From here we were able to do many south beaches. Cagliari is 20 min away and easy to access. Restaurants and market facilities are available at few minutes.

Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Remarkable Stay by the Beach! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a sense of cleanliness, modernity, and sheer comfort that set the tone for a memorable experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was commendable. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. One aspect that particularly stood out was the exceptional air conditioning. Regardless of the outside temperature, the hotel's climate control system ensured a refreshing and cool atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the summer heat. I was thrilled to discover a coffee machine in my room. The convenience of being able to brew a fresh cup of coffee in the comfort of my own space was a delightful touch. It added an extra level of comfort and indulgence to my mornings. Speaking of the room, it was absolutely fantastic. The design was modern and tasteful, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and relaxing. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect, from the stylish furniture to the well-appointed amenities. The bathroom was a true highlight. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary essentials, it felt like a private oasis. The luxurious shower and plush towels provided a touch of pampering that made me feel truly indulged. One of the most memorable features of my stay was the balcony. Stepping out onto the balcony, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, and soak in the serene coastal atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to the beach was an absolute bonus. Just a short walk away, I was able to immerse myself in the beauty of the sandy shores and soothing waves.

I highly recommend booking the Suite category – it’s exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet welcoming, with great attention to detail in every corner. The entire staff was outstanding – extremely friendly, genuinely helpful, and highly professional, always going above and beyond to make the stay special. Service felt personal and warm without ever being intrusive. A great bonus is the secure garage for parking, which is wonderfully convenient and only €20 per day – a real plus when staying in the city center.
