Residenza Locci is located in the heart of Teulada. From the first meeting they were friendly, helpful and considerate. Our suite was clean, fresh and well lit with ample door and window light and fresh breezes. The suit was well outfitted for a longer stay with a kitchenette, 2 burner stove, eating area and more than enough cooking and serving utensils for the vacationer who prefers to eat in. We especially appreciated the outside living space attached to our suite and the private gated parking.

Tuelada is a small but charming town in the hills above several really wonderful beaches. There are a few good restaurants and a great corner cafe for drinks and snacks, a couple of grocery stores, pharmacy, Bakery and beach shop. Great place for exploring the southeast coast.

Teulada and its surrounding mountains and coastline are as...

Teulada and its surrounding mountains and coastline are as beautiful as any in Europe. The town itself is only slowly awakening to the requirements of the tourist, menus in the ristoranti are fairly basic although the tuna, swordfish, sea bass are fresh and fabulous. There is little difference in the various trattoria but friendliness shines through. The supermarkets hold most of the necessities of life and the takeaway G&T at €2.10 for 250ml is worth going back for. Take care at the filling stations the SELFseerve side of the pumps is 17cents a litre cheaper that the "Assistance" side where someone holds the pump! There are some great beaches near the Port if you look for them.

Fantastic Accomodation for us and our adult children. Staff were amazing and very helpful with suggestions. Restaurant attached had the best food we have eaten in Sardinia, so good that we ate there both nights we were in Teulada. All the staff were amazing, and special thanks to the English speaking waiter he was wonderful, from giving us local wine suggestions for our meals to places to visit, as well as an insight into life in Sardinia. Anyone looking to stay or for a restaurant in Teulada should book here.

Highly recommend this accommodation !!! It is B&B, pizzeria and pasticceria all in one. Everything was excellent. The breakfasts were the highlights. Home baked goodies with amazing coffee were the best start for new adventures. Great location in a small town with easy access to southwest Sardinian beaches. Marco is an excellent host with a friendly and open heart that goes beyond. We will be definitely coming back for a stay, when we are next time in Sardinia.

The apartment is very well organized, very clean and everything seemed new (and it had everything you might need). The owners were super helpful with any issue I had and very welcoming. The apartment is located strategically in Teulada and you can get easily by the closest beaches in 15-30 min (also, they give you a paper you can use for price reduction at the parking slots there) - 3EUR/day. Highly recommend it!

The property was fabulous, a lot of thought has gone into the details. They have thought of pretty much everything. The property was very clean, modern and finished off to a very high standard. Maria was fantastic and very responsive and catered to all of our questions. If we ever head back to the south of Sardinia we would most definitely look to stay here again.
