The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

An amazing stay. The owners and staff were incredibly nice, and made us feel very welcome - in a warm and natural way. They were clearly committed to provide the best possible service, and very much succeeded in doing so, but without the somewhat distant attitude that sometimes accompanies the welcome in some establishments. Here, one felt more like as if one was visiting good friends (who were lucky enough to have some marvellous guest rooms). Breakfast and dinner were really delicious, and we very much enjoyed the live music entertainment on the Wednesday. We really appreciated the design and quality of the rooms, as well as the restaurant and pool area. The place was calm and discretely “hidden away” from the nearby hustle and bustle of town. It kind of felt like a secret garden and somewhat reminded me of a riad. Absolutely lovely two night stay. I highly recommend this place!

The staff was super friendly and made our stay perfect! It was a pleasure - everything was clean and everytime we had a question, someone was there to answer it :) We enjoyed the beach right across the street and the breakfast - we had a very nice, relaxed vacation! Lying on the deck chairs under the cypress trees, looking out over the lake, was like a little slice of heaven! Our room was charming. The breakfast was varied and generous. Plenty of restaurants nearby on foot, and Torri del Benaco is a real gem! We hope to come back and spend more time discovering the region.

The resort is very charming and even nicer than in the pictures. It's located on a hill so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake every morning when you wake up. The flat was even more spacious than we expected and is equipped with everything needed, plus a wonderful wide terrace. There are a couple of restaurants/cafe within walking distance but you can also eat in the resort restaurant, though a bit pricey . The inside pool and sauna were very nice and not too crowded in May. Overall we loved our stay and we would surely come back

    Torri del Benaco is an absolute gem on the east of the lake.

    Torri del Benaco is an absolute gem on the east of the lake. It may be overlooked because of the closeness of Garda and Bardolino but that would be a mistake. It has a beautiful pine tree lined promenade, a gorgeous little square, many restaurants built over the lake on stilts and it has a much less full on touristy feel, even though there were plenty of people going around

    I love the town of Torri, for me the other towns were far...

    I love the town of Torri, for me the other towns were far too crowded and while they were nice to visit it has hard to move around... Torri was a beautiful picturesque town, loads of nice places to sit and relax, beautiful places to eat and an incredibly stunning view of the lake and the mountains

    Special place for us. We used to stay here every year.

    Special place for us. We used to stay here every year. It is nice and quite place with small shops, restaurants and beautiful views from every sides. There is also the ferry that will take you quickly and comfortably to the other side of the lake. There are nice places on the beach and the possibility of hiking and cycling. Good accessibility to Verona, Bergamo and other places.

    Very pretty little old town with very friendly people.

    Very pretty little old town with very friendly people. There are some nice shops and many, many restaurants offering good food, particularly fish. Prices are comparable to any other tourist resort in the area. There is an interesting castle and many little ancient alleyways in the old part of town. In summer one can swim off the beach at the far end of town. It is a good location for short trips to other towns and villages along the lake by car, bus or ferry/boat. Public transport is reasonable but can be tricky getting from the airport. The taxi is much faster but will cost €85 each way.

    Lovely small town on the Lake.

    Lovely small town on the Lake. Very well maintained, and it felt very safe. Great selection of Italian restaurants on the shore front. Monday was market day and there was a great selection of market stalls.

    This hotel is utterly exceptional, I took my mum here for a celebration and neither of us could fault a thing. From being greeted on arrival with their signature spritz and being ushered to the sensational bar overlooking Lake Garda and its twinkling lights to having Tesla transfers to all local towns to enjoy the incredible local cuisine.

    This is a wonderful family friendly spot on Lake Garda. We absolutely fell in love with Torri del Benaco and loved that we could walk into the village so conveniently. Residence Ca Del Lago has beautiful views which we especially enjoyed at sunset!

    The apartment is amazing and is 25 minute walk from the town of torri del Benaco across the water front. Very clean and has everything you need. WiFi is very slow, this may be due to the location.
