Great property! Customer service was very efficient. The host was very responsive, also accessing the property was a very smooth process. It was a very comforting feeling to see a very clean and well organized home ready for its guests. The high light for me was they notified me that I was over charged based on mis understanding. I received my refund very promptly. The host was honest and transparent about the reasons behind this situation and I greatly appreciate this kind of service. This property is a top pick for me.
